Q. How much is shipping on your items?
A. To keep things simple, we have kept to the best rates available for every order. Your items will be delivered by the best means based on their size, but we typically use couriers such as UPS, Interlink and Parcelforce to ensure your order arrives on-time and in perfect condition. We offer free shipping for UK mainland orders over £50. We also offer International shipping for those based outside of the UK.
Q. How can I check the cost of shipping before committing to an order?
A. Just add your items to the shopping basket, and when viewing the basket, just click on the "estimate shipping" button, where you can view the cost of shipping before you order.
Q. I don't live in the UK, do I have to pay the VAT?
A. If you live outside the UK, then the VAT is automatically removed for you. To view the prices on the website without the vat, just create an account and make sure you are logged in, the shop will then know to provide you with VAT free prices. If you live in the Channel Islands, then VAT will be removed automatically if paying by Card or bank transfer, as unfortunately Paypal is unable to differentiate between mainland UK and the Channel Isles.
Q. I need to return an item, what do I do?
A. We are happy to accept returns so long as the item is in its original condition, and in its original packing with no damage - i.e fit for resale and as you found it. All correctly supplied parts that returned are subject to a 10% handling fee. We suggest returning items using a signed for service in order that the package can be traced should it go missing in the post. Please return the item to us at the address on the Contact US page, and include a copy of the returns note with your details on. Returns without a returns note, or items that have been used, damaged, or unfit for resale will be not be accepted. If you have any questions, please contact us before returning your item.
